Add In

  • Kait's Steamgift Plus Addon
  • Explain why DOTA 2 can't be given away.

Add an explanation on how the contributor value is calculated.

^This. I would add an explanation on bundled games. And also to promote using the search function.

Another thing, and not related to this is that it would be great to have a suspension log (It does not have to be with names, but things like. Exploited keys X users banned, Regifting X users banned.

Well, it's more urgent to explain how the contributor value works and how you are informed if you win a game.

Well i thought it would be nice to help staff with suggestions on how to edit the faq. And if they dont read the faq, they should be punished :P. Atleast if they are new.

SteamGifts Plus is already listed, I see that you checked the FAQ before posting!

As for DOTA2, that's just stupidity. If it's not on the list, you obviously can't give it away. Only people who are desperate for contribution without paying ask about it.

In reality, the whole FAQ needs a do over which I'm sure will happen soon with all the other changes they've made.

http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/bfMJk/the-witcher-2-assassins-of-kings-enhanced-edition in this deleted giveaway creator argued that in FAQ there are only 'regionally restricted CD-keys' listed as not allowed. Add regionally restricted Steam gifts, looks like people are really that dumb.
