Yeah I don't see it on greenlight either. Hope it is on steam though.

It is on Steam. Or will be, once it is released.

Starbound is not actually made "by the guys that made Terraria", it's made by a new team + that 1 guy that was in the team that made Terraria.

"Risk of Rain" would be the game you are thinking of...

I'm not sure what made them decide to make this alongside starbound but I think it was a poor decision on their behalf as it means they have to take members from an already considerably small team away from the game they have promised people

I thought Risk of Rain was a completely different guy whose just affiliated with the team like all the other sites in their sidebar

If you're going to joke around, at least make your jokes funny.
Old overused jokes are unfunny.

I know, but someone had to make that joke. That's our liability as a gamers. A liability to every good kid we lost on that hoverbikes sequence.

Never forget.

The guys that made Terraria don't have any other games going currently. In fact, Red announced that Terraria will be receiving an update to 1.2 October 1st. You're thinking of Tiyuri, who was only a temporary contract artist for Re-Logic, not to be confused with the actual developers (Redigit and Blue). Chucklefish, the company started by Tiyuri, has become a supposed publisher for numerous other indie titles. All of these things seem to be spreading varying amounts of confusion throughout the internet.

Yes I think that people are just confused because it is literally space terraria.
