Well, the chance of you getting picked in a 2k people is 1/2000 which is like 0.0005% So if you a giveaway just GO TO THE NEAREST CASINO AND USE THE SLOT MACHINE, CUZ YOUR LUCK my boy IS JUST OUT OF CONTROL

Entering groups helps, also try to get in on the giveaways where it's less than 500 entries. Most of mine have been through groups though where they tend to only have a hundred or less entries.

I remember a thread where they talked about the unluckiest of all SGers. I think the winner had like 4k+ entries and 0 wins. lolz

It's all about luck, really. You're bound to win something eventually if you keep trying, though! At least it only costs a little bit of time, right?

I fell very lucky, 1 month, 978 giveaways, won 3, last one 2 hours ago :D

1k + here and no win.. Ah well :p

Have you already tried a human sacrifice?

If you want to win, you should do what I do.

1) Enter every giveaway you can, even for games like Project Runway.
2) Join every giveaway group that will accept you. Don't forget to grovel.
3) Read all the forum postings, attempt all the puzzles, and enter those giveaways, also.
4) Spend every dollar you can spare buying games to give away to the community to improve your karma.
5) Check SteamGifts every 30 minutes to catch those "flash" giveaways and "ninja key drops."

If you do all of the above, I guarantee you can get results just like mine.

It took about 800 entries until my first win, and now I'm averaging 550/win overall, I think. Be patient and you will be surprised. :)
