Don't listen, you'll be plagued with AMD's drivers. I wouldn't wish that upon anyone.. Go for GTX 650 or the TI versions.

They wouldn't have limit caps if Bell wasn't threatening other companies to keep their limit caps small so they could have a higher percentage of people as customers.

For whichever reasons made it that only Bell could deliver internet service to the area in which I live.
Or how I went from Rogers to Bell for my phone.
Some people do prefer Bell for some things.
Bell gave me a brand new SIM card when mine fucked up. At Rogers, they charged my mom 18 bucks.
Also, Bell didn't make me pay them the price of a loaner phone when they sent mine to get it fixed. At Rogers, they charged my mother for the whole price of the phone.
Though I do prefer Rogers when they fuck up, as they ended up giving me a year of free data for my phone for screwing up, but I've yet to have Bell screw something up for me.

I've had problems with both and honestly after hearing about the prices and deals other people get I really wish we could have some more competition and get some prices that are better and not complete ripoffs.
