At the very bottom of the page, in the footnote, it's called "Users".

Likeliest scenario, it was a 'activate and get a gift copy' key, and you activated it on your own account, and then forgot- and had been intending to gift the copy all along.
Contact support, that's probably your best bet (especially if you want to try and see if it's possible to reactivate the giveaway). Though if you know their username, it's as simple as http://www.steamgifts.com/user/USERNAME

Is this the guy you're looking for?

A couple weeks ago, I put up a giveaway with a key that turned out to be used. Still not sure how it happened, but it did. The user generously worked with me, and we got the giveaway deleted. Turns out, I had a gift copy of the giveaway in my Steam inventory. Probably had something to do with whatever happened. Here's the rub: because the giveaway was deleted, I have no way of finding this person or their steam profile.
Unless I'm missing something. Is there a way to find a user based on their username?
