No, you level them up. First collection of cards = 100exp, when you get all those cards again = 200 exp etc. If I'm not mistaken.

And there are some advantage of these badges when you get them.?

I noticed some people have the badge, but don't have any cards.
I guess you must craft your complete pack of cards for the badge. If that's the case, can you drop half of the cards again?

There's 5 levels for each badge and you can only get 50% of 1 badge just playing the game yourself.

So you either have to buy the cards, or trade cards for 9 games you don't care about to max out a badge for a single game.

why I don't have dota 2 cards?
for tf2 and cs:go I have some and "no card drops remaining"
