As for support response , it may take awhile i guess.

I had issue once , and it took like 30 min to solve it , but guess im lucky.

Even steam support answered me within a day last time i had an issue .

Maybe Haben himself blessed my account or something :D

Response time is usually between 30 minutes to a year.

Be patient, he'll get what he deserves. Make sure you added an evidence that you sent the gift, this way you won't have to wait even longer when support asks for it.

You probably know this that you can prove your word in this way : ( Attached image )
You can track your sent gifts and use it as a proof for SG support to say them you have sent your gift to that person and he " received " it .
