but without any sarcasm - buying in grey market is always a little gamble, most of the times everything will be fine, but then BANG, your game got revoked or you got duplicate. I hope support will solve your problem :)

Yeah hoping i will get answere talked just now with a friend he had 2 issues with kinguin as well but as he said he got other key every time or money back..
Yeah i never bought from g2a heard bad story's about it so im holding back have like 2,3 what i trust and use them and mostly they are cheapest :)

I bought just 2-3x and one time it revoke, an old key. Was cheap. And maybe stolen.
So I stopped to buy there.

I mean you can scam on ebay as well, but this system on g2a or other shady stores sucks so much!
And bundle split or any other way is mostly cheaper and now high fees. + payment source fees.

Weird, I could never activate DLC without owning base game. But now that they allowed soundtracks to be separated I've found you can activate some of those without owning the base game.
Is it possible the game is in your hidden library? Steam -> View -> Hidden
Was this a single key or more than one? Check your emailed key delivery.
What exactly did you buy? Copy and paste the game name from your email receipt or email key delivery.
What did you activate? Copy and paste the name from your steam account's licenses list.
It's hard to help without knowing exactly what you got.
Negative feedback to the seller and the support ticket should resolve it. May take a while. It always takes longer to fix it.

No not possible cause i dont have any hidden games as second store page when i go of saints row says as well i dont own i can buy it,was single key and when i go to activation list it says its that dlc only i active from that keys and full name is Saints Row IV + Reverse Cosplay Pack EU Steam CD Key "SR4 - Reverse Cosplay Pack that one i active"

Ok. I see what's happened. That DLC is a weird one that can be activated without the base game. It doesn't have the "Must own app to purchase" setting.
It's a misleading title on the sale page. "Saints Row IV + Reverse Cosplay Pack EU Steam CD Key". Seller either made a big mistake or is trying to rip people off. Could even be a glitch in Kinguin's system. There has never been a "Saints Row IV + Reverse Cosplay Pack" package. There is "Saints Row IV - Reverse Cosplay Pack" which is what you got, but that's quite a typo between + and - there.
What you bought "Saints Row IV + Reverse Cosplay Pack EU Steam CD Key" (says includes base game and reverse cosplay DLC on Kinguin". What you got "Saints Row IV - Reverse Cosplay Pack" (which does not include base game).
Seller owes you a key for Saints Row IV or a refund.

People here cry A LOT about marketplaces where there's a store between the trader. They prefer to trade with the trader themselves and get scammed via chat. Don't worry, these stores usually have a support and a procedure to give back your money. You won't lose your money. Just be sure you're following the right steps.

Yeah will do thanks for this :) well even if i dont get it aint much but still would ruin reputation for few euros meh i dont think anyone would do that..
And yeah i seen here a lot of people like dont support marketplaces well why not if u can go cheaper why would u pay full prices like with everything in life but when some bundle comes whats good everyone buying why not buy each by each from steam and support more? :D

Bought a Saints row IV + some dlc with it from kinguin its been 2 days and i got key used it but aint saints row idk what is the key and write ticket to support about that no reply still anyone had simular issue or know what to do?
