try to contact the user through steam. sometimes he/she/it keeps a list of keys in a drive sheet and messed up. if you get no response, just do what the nice people above me just said.

Looking for the best direction from those of you that have been here and (sadly) gone through this. Won a copy of a game today, closed while i was at work. Got home, saw the popup. Went to redeem the key and Steam says its already been activated by another account. I'm not finding a way to message on the site, unless I'm blind? What's the best path to take?
