ST has no form of moderation ever since it got split from SG, so I'm assuming nobody can get banned at this point.

You asked for Overlord. He gave you Overlord. Seems more like you're scamming him, trying to change the deal after he already sent you a key.

there is not about our trade , there is how many -rep you need to got banned ...
Also who will trade for Overlord - 50 cards? 5-6 times bundled Tiar 1 game ... also it was free i think ... also i write there that the price of Fellowship of evil at g2a is 2 euro , and it is ... he know exactly what i mean so ... also i see the title of his trade and there was Fellowship of Evil , and i ask for it , but i dont look that he have more Overlord games , but also if its Overlord 2 its about 10-15 cards , like Overlord not 50

It's about you complaining about a trade when you are in the wrong. If I ask for Doom and don't get Doom 3, it's not the other person's fault...
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
That guy might be an unstable dick, not a scammer, so when people with (+3/-17) start getting banned then you can start focusing on a +400/-18 person...

Once the key is exposed like that, it can't be traded anymore, because you might just have given it to a friend or something, and there's no way to check.

I also traded for games I already had because I wanted to give it to someone, that's not an excuse that you already have it :)

There's no limit. It used to be if there was sufficient evidence of you scamming, you could get banned. But having a system where -rep would get you banned on its own is a terrible system, as it could easily be abused. You could just ask your friends to give someone enough -rep for them to get banned.

Also, under the old system your -rep might actually be considered abuse and could get you suspended, as you got exactly what you asked for. Not what you wanted, but what you asked for, and that might have been seen as fake rep. You can't expect people to be mind readers and think that they'll give you what you want if you ask for something different.

If you careful check trade title, you understand which overlord means in this text and why he offered was 50 cards.

Whoever is going to make a trade.
Otherwise you are going to make offers for "Game X" whenever anyone lists "Game X DLC" because you didn't bother to read what they actually had to offer. Or when they list a game of a different platform like Shatae(...) for the Wii U
And even then, you should have communicated specifically... If you don't want to take responsibility for that screw up it's not really my concern.
In my opinion if you don't read and don't express yourself correctly resulting in getting what you asked for rather than what you wanted it isn't other people's fault.

And on the "he should have known" point, 50 random cards is low for OL: FoE, in my opinion. You might have offered 50 cents after fees for a $2 game. 15 random cards for Sanctum 2 is a shitty offer as well.

15 for Secret Files , 15 for Sanctum 2 , 50 for Overlord

He has a lot more +rep and although the user looks he can be a bit prickly much of his -rep could be described as controversial. Although I think the current trades system is crap, the user is possibly a good example of why people shouldn't get banned at a set amount of -rep.
