Am I being scammed?

So this guy Festin (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198044018828) randomly adds me on steam and says "Festin STEAM will give you 1 FREE game to add to your account "

and adds this link:

LINK REMOVED TO TO SACAMMING THANKS GUYS!!

Is this shit really or is he trying to scam my ass? didn't want to put in my stuff before consulting with you guys (DONT U DO IT TOO IF U DONT KNOW!!!), is he a known scammer here or what?

Rule of thumb, anything that asks you for an email-address that looks like a steam page is a scam.
