It's because of the way it interacts with your system. It is fine obviously. Just add it to the exclusion vault doohickey thing they have.

Some anti virus programs can get retarded. I don't know how many times AVG told me my retail discs of Unreal Tournament 99 and Battlefield 1942 were threats before i finally got it to shut up.
