I mean, it's already spread to Twitch. We're not getting rid of lootboxes anytime soon. People spend way too much money on them for anything short of a government ban to stop the advance at this point.

Is there a gun to your head forcing you to buy them? Then don't.
Do games have such practices in them? Don't buy them.

Question is should people be protected from their own idiocy and general weak will. Yeah, you'll skip some games you would've loved to play, but no one said making a stand was easy. You can't both have your cake and eat it, as they say.

It's disasterous.. i mean you pay full price for a game and then you cannot finish it normally?! You need to grind for 20hours more just to be able to see the end. And i am talking about single player game! Is that fair?
Soon, we'll see an achievment probably "Loot box bought" "10 LB bought"... and you won't be able to 100% the game if you don't buy it?!
Shame on you greedy publishers!

Why do we have loot boxes...? because the mass is stupid... people digging their own capitalistic grave and still think rich people "deserve" their money... -.-

I cancel any whishlisted game that get lootboxes or/and drops for steammarket place... would like to play PUBG, Gremlins Inc and much more but devs telling nonsense to make me accept this shitty systems...
