I can't create giveaways! Why no one in support answers? It's been few days already :/

You lost your giveaway slots by not delivering your past giveaways and probably deleting one or two. You will just have to wait. There is a very limited number of support members.

I know, i had a bunch of old keys that I think were unused. Created the giveaways... and then apparently keys were used xd Was a mistake, i didn't know it would cause problems

Its as if a site dedicated to giving away steam games has a system in place that does not favor people who fail to give away steam games properly

Seriously though, your request for repentance is appreciated. Assuming your support ticket is in the Other or Unsuspend category, I'm sure support will get to you when they get through the other 1000-2000 tickets that may be ahead of you, presuming that tickets are worked in the category order where their count is smallest.

Avoid sarcasm, i know that a site dedicated to giving away steam games has a system to punish people who fail to give them.

You didn't understand. With "i didn't know it would cause problems" i meant that i didn't know that the keys were expired. Obviously i didn't create a fake giveaway on pourpose

There are people that do fake giveaways intentionally tho, unfortunately.

Verify if you asked in the right category and ask for only one GA slot. Climb your way up from there then. Every "received" ga will give you an extra slot.

I say only one because if you had lots of deleted/not received, they won't give you more than that.

Next time try to test one of the keys maybe, so something like this won't happen again (also a recommendation for any newcomers reading this).

Support here works hard, they do it for free and have a ton of tickets to process everyday. Give them their time.

But seriously: they have a small unpaid team and a huge load of tickets. You're not going to get priority over the others so you'll need to wait till you're at the front of the waiting line.
