It was free three days ago, I rember there was a thread about it. You could add the game with steamdb or ASF then. But I guess it took a while until they changed it to f2p on steam store.
Its a "Complimentary" license so it wont drop any cards and the license can be removed from the license page. Its also no +1 to library.

You can play in solo ? Or it's a useless multiplayer game because you can't find any players ?
