Items appeared in my Inventory

Today, I noticed I had a few more items in my steams inventory.
Just a couple of cards and such.

Is it possible that if something you have put on the market doesn't sell, it can be removed automatically after sometime?

I forget how long it takes, but yes an item that doesn't sell will eventually return to your inventory.

It takes 6 months I think for stuff from the market to come back if it doesn't sell.
