Best virtual webcam software to use with Skype?

I'm using ManyCam and sort-of liking it, but it's unstable as fuck.

Also for some reason the devs decided not to output audio alongside the video. I need to rely on stereo mix instead which Win7 is being a total dick about.

Doesn't send video from media, programs, cursors, multiple windows...? This seems more like a kid's toy than actual software.

Thanks though. Knocks another one from the list of potentials.
