48 hours, Secret of the Magic Crystals.

12 hrs I think, playing Shining Force. Also did that with some of the older FFs/Chrono Trigger.

I haven't ever kept track except for when level grinding which doesn't count as playing a video game. Easily lost 6+hrs at a time to Rainbow 6 Vegas on PS3, CnC Generals, and CoD4. Nothing compares to CS though

i did about 3-4 days in row for like 9 hours each of HL2 with the episodes

When i was young about 8 hours of CS on a LAN party or about 11 hours when i got Thandor:The Invasion if anyone knows that. I even became fever because i didn't eat and rarely drank and was so over excited and sweaty. Anyone remembers Thandor? :D

Longest ever? Who knows? I have vague memories of playing Quest64 for two days straight while sick, many years ago.

Recently I accidentally played 14 hours of Crusader Kings II (the first time I played it). MAN that game is addicting.

And more recently, I just started playing Minecraft... who needs sleep when there are things to construct??

12 hours in Batman: Arkham Asylum. 9 hours in Batman: Arkham City. 8 hours in PAYDAY: The Heist. 8 hours in Sleeping Dogs.

P.S. Oh and Dragon Age: Origins 15 hours.

P.P.S. And most gaming streak was when I'm playing about 8 years ago. Start playing Deus Ex third time. I don't know how long I'm playing but I'm remember what I'm just play and didn't turn off game. And after some days I'm complete it third time, find most cool secrets and finally turn off game and computer.

I take breaks every 15 minutes like the manuals say to.

Never kept track but I guess 12-15 hours(not including bathroom) for every single game that takes longer than that to complete. ^_^

Suikoden 5 for 10-12 hours with few piss timeouts. It felt like it pass in few minutes.
