Your opinion on the "PC Master Race"

I'm a PC person all the way. I never had a console, neither would I want one.

I'm mostly a PC person, but I've always found the whole "PC master race" thing stupid.

Its dumb, PC's are the most powerful, but being an elitist about it is immature, I play PC and PS Console gaming, and I enjoy both.

I hate it, we are all gamers but we divide everyone into groups, and this leads to the gaming equivalent of racism.

It's a meme. It has its funny purposes, but it shouldn't be taken too seriously. Expecially since lots of developers (sadly) treat the PC platform like crap.
I'm all for "pick the game you like and play it".

In my opinion such labels are BS, created by people to cope with their cognitive dissonance. All gaming systems have their pros and cons but sadly most of us don't have the money to own several consoles and respective game libraries.

I prefer my PC for gaming (as it is for me the most reasonable system) and I'm still perfectly fine with people enjoying their consoles, so I don't have any urge at all to label myself "master race"

It's a dumb thing, a great percent of the pc community doesn't have the money to spend in a new video card every three months, and most (me includes) have a medium-low pc aspects, they are just immature people with high e-ego or e-penis that only harm the relation between the gamers communities.

I think it's really funny and the people who can't take a joke should stop taking it so seriously and arguing about it all the time. But we all know that's too optimistic thinking to actually happen.

Consoles are for children. PC's for adults. Thats the way I see it.

The joke became unfunny really fast and that the community is one of the worst I've ever seen.
For people who don't want to be associated with consoles they sure do make a lot of petitions for console games.

The whole PC vs Console gaming argument is full of radicals and ignorantly closed minded morons. Very few of the people involved are open minded and had actual hands on experience from both sides of the fence. The PC master race shit is something I say for fun, but to take it seriously and really believe PC gaming is superior is foolish and shows how unfamiliar you are to console gaming and what its purpose is. :) I have not gotten into console gaming this gen, however... I might soon though, depending on Super Smash Brothers. Catch up with some old friends and what not.

I'm mostly playing on PC but i'd like to grab more consoles and console games later, like good old times. Actually, i bought three consoles in last 4 years, including GameBoy Advance. They are all different and fun. Alas, i couldn't find a way to bypass piracy-protection system of my PS2 Slim (SCPH-90004 CB), since i can't find any game in my country; she is collecting dust or sitting in her box.

Personally i don't care if textures are low quality or graphics aren't photo-realistic. They are also good for me but not important. If graphics are clean enough and give you the feeling of atmosphere, it's OK. That can be an Atari 2600 or a PC88 game, i don't care. If the game is fun, that's enough.

All hail the PC Master Race! Master! One able to surpass, and even mod, all other videogaming experiences. As long as there are consoles, we will dumb-down ourselves and fight each other. We need one race. Race! Race! One goal. Goal! Goal! One people . . . to move forward to our destiny. Destiny.

I believe in it but i don't go around saying "#pcmasterrace" everywhere i go.

I always find that sentence quite funny, but that's it.

I don't really care about it, don't support it nor against it, I'm used to computers and I don't think I'll be able to enjoy a console because I mostly play shooters and I'm really bad with a controller, I mostly use a controller for racing and some arcade games... or games with really high amounts of auto-aim but that tends to screw over my ability to aim with the mouse it seems, weird O.o

But I respect people's choice to play on consoles, it depends how people got introduced to games, my first video game was on an old nintendo console, but after a few years I got a PC and never gone back... and the low budget probably also helped me to not buy consoles XD

I am mostly part of the PC master-race, but I can still appreciate the consoles that aren't made by Microsoft.
I love Nintendo and Sony, they have AMAZING games, however it's sometimes difficult to find through all the gimmicky junk and shovelware.
Where-as Xbox consoles have fewer worthwhile exclusives than the freaking Nintendo 64 had...

It's an idiotic taunt, which made people who think consoles are good to believe that consoles do stand any change when compared to PCs, but they aren't.
Only lambs buy consoles, and regardless how emotinal your argument is, a PC is always better.
Kinect is BS, exclusives are a very disrespectful business policies, you pay way more for console games than for PC games which alone should open your eyes.
The hardware is always outdated.
You can get PCs with at least 1.5x or even nearly 2x the power for the same price as the "better" console.

And as non-blind people have seen in the past your console library is at the mercy of the company who's console you play on. All the no backwards compatibility and BS like that should open your eyes and realise that you are being scammed.

There is no PC master race, only a good and many bad decisions when buying hardware.

WTF ever. Play what you want to play. I prefer PC for the majority of my games, but my PS3 is pretty decent as well.
