Always happen when the current price of the bundle is lower than the current price of the base game, so it gets the BASE price of the lowest CURRENT price.
Should be 50p for any standalone giveaway from that bundle, since all their current prices are over 5$

Yep. This happens all the time and it's actually a Steam bug/feature. If a package that contains a game is cheaper than a game by itself then Steam will return the game's price as the package price. You can see this if you browse the specials section.

All games have the bundle price as their base price. Since the bundle is usually 179$, all games cap at 100p :(

I will ask here since it's still happening and it seems like Blackguards 2 is also having similar issue.
Is this "normal" and authorized thing so people giving away those games are getting as much points like they are giving away 100P bundle game? If not, I'm seeing people abusing of it lately.

It's only temporary, they won't keep these 100p or whatever past the current sale. As it is a Steam bug and not due to SG, there is not much cg can do about it (setting the price manually will probably open a much worse can of worms).

The Whispered World Special Edition - Steamgifts uses the price of Daedalic Adventure Bundle for this game. So the point value of the game is 50p, whereas it should be 18p I guess.
