Note: I was being polite all the time.

I made a private giveaway for a group: mentioned multiple times that "Please, please check an invite that will be sent on the very first second so I can make it fast for you all". (46 gifts. It's a lot.)

45 giveaways were created, finished and sent without a problem.
Though, one guy.. ignored my friend request.. despite online active and playing games every days.

After waited for 2 days, he finally decided to accept my friend request.. (I was like "Thanks god!".)
He suddenly marked my giveaway "Received" before I sent him the gift. =)
But right after the gift was successfully sent, he removed the "Received" marked and removed me from his friend list.

I suddenly tried to contact him through his Steam, his mail and even his fb. (I was actually did that for 2 days already.)
You guess? Ignored. =( Yes, he was there! Playing games, add/remove games on his wishlist, etc. as usual.
After 6 hours of long waited, he went Offline. =( Before that though, he changed his Steam name to "Thug Life" (Not this exact) ignoring everything I posted on his profile.
So.. Can I send the ticket now? =( I mean do I actually have to wait another 4-5 days after what I met? Do I really have to give him "more times"?

PS: Nothing can make me feel better anyway, so it's okay to say "Yes" if you really mean it.

Yes. Potato because you like it.
No. Potato because you like it.

If it hasn't been 7 days, you gotta wait.

+1 Don't bother sending a report until 7 days have passed.
He did abuse the feedback system, so I'm not sure about that, but try to be patient. Maybe he made a mistake. Who knows. :-/

People like that really suck. I'm really sorry you had to deal with this. You should remove any specific information in your post though, such as his Steam name. Thank you so much for all this effort though. Really, it means a lot. :)
Edit: Crossed out one sentence, since it's not his actual Steam name. Apparently, I can't read.

He activated it right after I sent the gift. Before he removed me from his friend list.

You should probably wait the full 7 days. He may have marked it as received simply to hide the "You Won" notification, then unchecked it. Hopefully when he logs back into the site he will mark it correctly. If after 7 days from the closing of the giveaway he has not marked it as received send a ticket to support. If it was a steam copy, you could include a screenshot of your inventory or gift history. You should also mention that he activated the game and could include a link to his game list. Cheers.

After 7 days, you can submit a "Request Received Feedback" ticket, attaching proof that the game was delivered to the winner.

^The rule then.

Thank you all for your feedback. I think I'll wait another 5 days. The tread will be closed now.

I found something like this:

Suspension Permissions Default Length
... ...
Misuse of Giveaway Feedback Permanent
... ...

But i think it will work only if winner will mark as not received after receiving gift.

Sorry to hear that.
Well, you can't call out here, so could you post his SG profile or Steam profile on my Steam profile ?
I'll delete your post after taking note of who he is.

There's often another side to the story. It's one reason why we don't call out.
