You must mark this bundle as a gift and then You will be able to open it from your account or from e-mail that You have written there :)
Edit - to clarify situation - you write email of account, then at your email will come message that You have purchased bundle on happy hour (don't forget to mark as gift) and then You will see two bundles on account with place to write email where bundle can be sent. But You don't have to send it even on your e-mail, just enter on title of bundle and You will have access to all keys :)

Yes you can access every key of every game of every extra bundle. You can create giveaways for all of them

Each gift bundle is a separate page. You can either give the link to someone to give the whole bundle, or reveal keys/make gift links for individual games.
