As far as I know, there are no warning here, if you break the "base rules", you get a suspension.

I found out from the support that "The standard suspension for first offense of not activating a win is a 5 day suspension for each infraction, if it's ~5 or less." So what about the second suspension, or the suspension for calling out for example. Why are those things not public?

3 days suspension for calling out.

I generally prefer stuff well defined as well, but what's the actual use of putting a well defined value on this? If you put a definite value on it you might get people thinking "Let's just do it anyway, it's not that bad" etc.

I'm not sure, but there is probably a reason that every single nation in the world has defined punishments for their laws. It would be difficult to live in a society where every rule was "Don't do _____, or.... well I guess you'll find out, won't you?"

I think the analogy would be more along the lines of "If you commit a crime you might get 25 years in prison but we might be more lenient"... which would probably work on principle, cause laws should not be about how to punish you for punishments sake and more about 'scaring' you into doing the right thing it your conscience does not show you the right thing...

More exact limits are mainly there for accountability, but as long as there is at least an internal guideline for the site...

BTW not actually trying to fight your interest in it, just liking this line of discussion :-)

Not sure in what society you live in, but where I live it's always "well I guess you'll find out". It's not a transaction where you do this bad thing and get exactly this treatment. There are only some guidelines.

You might say the guidelines in actual laws are more specific and sure you'd be right. Here your guideline pretty much is "don't be a dick" and the very act of thinking about 'what punishment I can get for doing this or that' already suggests that the person wants to be a dick and is just trying to figure out if the consequences can be ignored. And that's not the idea to give people ideas how they can "work around things" like it happens in actual law with all the things like "tax optimisation" or other loopholes. No loopholes for assholes, you're an asshole, you get punished, no excuse :3 That's my understanding.

EDIT: I do realize though is that I covered the "or" part not the "don't do..." part; normally if something is not forbidden, it is allowed, but the "don't do" is also covered in this "don't be an asshole" thing

This is not public because there is no reason for it to be.
You should be following the rules regardless and not asking "if I break it this one time, how much will I have to pay for it?".

Don't forget about suspension for posting referral links.

Suspensions are only to be discussed between the suspended user and the support staff. As long as you don't break the rules, you don't have anything to worry about.

Closing thread.
