Remove the link to the profile, no calling out.
They have 7 days to activate. Maybe they are online on mobile or from work and can not activate the key right now.

It's also possible he is using Archi or a similar program to farm cards. It makes everyone see you as playing a game until all cards are dropped, then just shows online.

WAIT
They have up to a week. Not everyone can spend 24 / 7 watching this site.
Also, remove their profile link.

He was online on Steam Gifts, so he surely knew he won.
He's also online on Steam, but we don't know if it's through the desktop client, a browser, or the mobile app.
Activating keys is only possible through the desktop client, so it's possible he isn't on his PC.

You dont have to add the winner. Using SG key sending is completely fine and secure way to deliver your game key fast. If its a steam gift you can use email adress of the winner. I personaly dont add any of my winners and just notify them on their Steam profile if they have an open comment section.
Sit back and be patient.

The guy who won my giveaway four days ago didn't show up either, so I messaged him on Steam and via his email - if he doesn't react after the week ends I'm gonna request a new winner, but until this time, I am just keeping calm and wait.

I'd like to add that next time, check your winner on Sgtools before sending anything. If they have multiple wins or unactivated wins, ask support for a reroll because those things are against the rules. Since you've already sent the key there's not much you can do but next time check so you're not giving a free game to a leech

One last thing to consider, I use SG on my phone on occasion. Like the time my teen daughter was in the hospital. Go out for a smoke and fire up CMBrowser with SG. Gave me something to take the edge off right :)
Theres lots of possible reasons, but hopefully he's cool and comes through before the 7 days :)

Chillax, calm down. These things take time. "Nothing is f$%ed man, nothing is f%%#@ed." And don't be telling me about the plane crashing into the mountain. Sorry bad Big Lebowski reference but I'm trying not to swear on here.
Anyway it can be frustrating but don't worry, it will all work out in the end.

it happens just w8 even if there is a scenario he already used the key and asking for a reroll is pointless you can also request a positive feedback providing enough evidence , anyway i dont do level 0 GAs anymore to avoid things like that but its not guaranteed everyone is ok at higher levels my biggest problem i ever encountered was with a lvl 3 user i think she is permabaned now

Hi everyone! So I created a giveaway for the first time on steamgifts today, and I made the mistake of sending the winner the steam code without adding him first on steam. He has been online several times since he won the game, but he is not activating the game on steam. I added him on steam and left msgs, but he is not responding. It's been over 5 hrs already. I have no idea if he has seen the code or not. Since it's a key, maybe I should have added him on steam first. What if he decides to sell/trade the game and then report me for a used key.
