I recently won this giveaway for Our Love Will Grow: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/B6RB0/our-love-will-grow

We got keys from the giveaway creator, but they were for Melting Hearts: Our Love Will Grow 2. I didn't already have it, one of the owners did, don't know about the third.

So I'm actually satisfied, but IIRC, I can't mark the giveaway received because it would show on my record as a non activated giveaway. So what should I do?

Contact the creator and let him know the key was for the wrong game. He has to get you a key for the game the giveaways was made for, or if he made it for the wrong game staff should be able to change it for him to the correct game. I'm not strictly speaking on what they will do to fix it, thats just what happened to me once in a mass giveaway for the wrong game.

I suggest to gifter ask for change the giveaway game if both of you don't mind.
You shouldn't mark as received in the actual state. Wait for gifter answer to know what he will do. :)

I commented on the giveaway itself. Hopefully that's enough to contact the creator.

I feel bad for the guy who already had the 2nd game. He might get rerolled.
