Updated 4/30/2021 with app licenses that have been posted in the thread. Feel free to reply with items I've missed. Licenses are split up into shorter sections, do one an hour or something. I'm just adding to the bottom so you don't need to re-run earlier lines. No harm in doing so to make sure you're not missing any though.
For those submitting numbers, try running it yourself first.
If ASF doesn't output Items: app/NUMBER
or Items: sub/NUMBER then the code hasn't really worked.
The reason some of these have app/number and some have just numbers is because ASF assumes license activation will be using SubIDs, and applying app/ specifies that an AppID is being activated. Depending on how the package is setup, you need to supply the AppID or SubID. It's not always an AppID.

- After 10 fails, must wait for an hour.

Enforcer and EBF 4 don't have a green install button on steam db for me (so clicking it just redirects to the storepage of the DLC in the client). I could still claim them from the store directly, though, so all good.

I really love Steam's update for OST Albums/DLC, getting them without buying the actual game is great (like from that game with the funny skeleton man)
I also prefer on Steam because money conversions, unlike in Bandcamp and such

Suppose it's because they don't appear in the "normal" search (key name: isfreeapp).
I can find them e.g. by searching for billingtype 0 (no cost) and then filtering for "soundtrack" (search box at the right). Though not all of these are actually be available.
