Hi, i get the some emails from Amazon:

Thank you for purchasing from Amazon.com.

Your recent order XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX entitles you to a promotional credit which we have added to your account. This credit can be applied to your next qualifying purchase.

But I have problem with this. How I can use this credit? Its 25 USD for Digital Games/Software, but when I try buy something, everytime I must pay only with card...

It should be automatically applied to any purchase where it could be used onto. If for some reason it doesn't work contact Amazon support about it.. they're normally pretty helpful and quick to answer (I used phone support and had them call me back which they did right away, took a minute).

Do the emails also say...

Thank you for your purchase of a 2K game from Amazon.com. Your purchase entitles you to a $5 promotional credit towards the pre-order of NBA 2K14. To redeem your credit visit: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00D93B5VI click "Pre-order PC Download" and your credit will be automatically applied. Credit must be used by 9/24/2014.

...? If so, then the only "qualifying purchase" would be the preorder of NBA 2K14. I ask because I got a few of those emails today.

Yeah, I got that too. Regrettably, I don't care about NBA. Do you know if they can be traded or something?

Nope, it's tied to your Amazon account.

It's not even a code or anything, it just automatically applies to the order when you buy it.

I have six of these credit e-mails. Now that is dumb of them since they will only apply one.

afaik, they will apply the discount on each of your purchases for this game until all your discounts are used.

so you should be able to buy the game six times, each time with a discount, the seventh time you'd have to pay the full price.

Check the date it's valid. Sometimes those emails go out early. Obviously the best place to find info is Amazon itself. Just give them a call.

It's automatically applied when you are making the purchase

You need to enter a valid debit or credit card then it will take you to next process to review your order, and you should see your amazon credit be applied on that page.

If Amazon gives you credit for the preorder of NBA 2K14, how come it's valid until next year when the game gets released this October? Too bad they cannot stack, or I'd get tons of copies for free for all the 2K games I bought.

I deleted that mail.
Firstly, it didn't show in my proper folder.
Secondly, i saw specially suspicious.

But well, i don't want NBA 2014 anyway.

Have a nice day :)

Glad to see more of you got this email.
I was afraid my account might be hacked because I did not buy a game from Amazon for over a month.
