Tough call, since I'm not sure what the exact formula the bundle list uses, but it looks like it's about $9 over the BTA for ToZ (a $50 game) plus ~$50 worth of Project Cars DLC, so it's close to a 90% discount.

Well, Dead by Deadlight from the previous Starbreeze bundle (available for $15 at tier 3) has also not been bundled despite there being higher tiers above it, so my guess is it will stay unbundled for the sake of consistency.
EDIT: Although there's that whole 95% discount rule thingy, but I'd say it's a safe bet for now.

It's just so I know that I will put Tales of Zestiria with the 10 cent bundle games alphabetically in my next SGTools train or at the end of that train with the unbundled games. ^^

None of these interest me (except maybe Enslaved, slightly somewhat) so I'll pass. Their only game which I want (Dark Souls 2 SOTFS) is not in this bundle and probably won't be added next week anyway.

Hm, i'm currently in Germany (btw Münster is weird city, bicycles everywhere, i mean literally THOUSANDS bicycles on every corner, what the hell is going on here?) and tried to buy first tier. But instead of keys i got this email

Ja, it seems Ace Combat Assault Horizon is not available in Germany, but Pacman and Enslaved are available. But why they allowed me to pay if it's not available to purchase in my current region, what's the point?

Ace Combat is Available in Germany an can be bought on Steam....otherwise i could not open its storepage.....;)
Edit: Got the game from the first Namco Bundle which was sold august 2015.
Edit2: There is (if the steamsearch did not lie) at least only 1 game which is not available in germany

It's available in Germany. I got everything without VPN.
Edit: I was searching for a way to fix the Project Cars DLC problem. No Germans are complaining about a region lock but i found out there are some (Yemen, Belarus and more countries)

But as i said, currently I'm not in Belarus. Maybe this is just usual HB fuck up, that's why i come here and asked is this a problem only on my end or other people experience same thing. I guess i need to contact support then and ask what the fuck is going on and why Münster suddenly became an independent country, since it looks like other people in Germany didn't experienced any problem with purchasing this bundle.

HB checks your paypal/ credit card, if these are registered in Belarus, it doesn't matter in which country you are or which VPN you use. Still I would try to contact their support, maybe you're lucky. If not ask a friend to buy you the bundle and gift it to you.

As far as I know, Münster is known for it's bicycles. And if I had to guess, I'd say you must be close to the university, because there are even more bicycles there ;-)

I own a physical copy of Tales of Zestiria, so while I would like a Steam copy, I'm in no hurry to get it. Tier 1 actually has the only games I would keep besides Tales, and I've wanted Enslaved for a while, so there we go. Tier 1 for now, unless the BTA bonuses are really good~
