in my opinion its a good one and at the same time not, atleast with those rules

And no, I'm not requesting anything. I'm just proposing an idea I had.
I was thinking that perhaps we could have a separate listing page where you could browse listings of games people want and gift it to them. But there would be a catch. Several of them, in fact.
They would have to be a member of the site for at least 6 months.
They would have to have a CV of a minimum of a certain amount.
They would have to have given away something (or granted a request) within the last 3 months.
They would only be allowed ONE request per month. If it doesn't get answered, tough. Even if you cancel your request, your one request chance will not be refunded. If you have an ongoing request that is not answered, making a new one will overwrite the old one.
Your posted request will expire after 30 days, meaning if nobody gifts it to you within that 30 days, then you would have to make a new request for the same game (or something different, if you wanted).
Your account must be in good standing. Even a temporary suspension from Steam Gifts or Steam itself would make you forever ineligible.
Does this seem like a good idea to anyone? Or... a terrible one?
