I mean the sport has those risks in it, and every player knows the risks, but I sure wouldn't want to be hit like that. I heard Eller suffered facial and dental fractures, along with a concussion. OUCH! I hope he has a swift recovery.
I keep forgetting how brutal hockey can be, and then I see a hit like that, a legal hit, and I quickly remember.

And what about the mentality of players these days? i remember, you would be swarmed by the opposing team for an obviously dirty hit back in the day, but now, any HARD hit, clean or especially dirty, will get you attacked by someone..

He won't be. That was a hockey hit. Body first, head was incidental. Even if he is suspended. WORTH IT!!!
