How many games have you got 100% achievements?

I have obtained 100% achievements on one game.

Half-life 2 and H2:EP 1

Eversion - 100%
Half-Life 2 - 100%
Sequence - 100%
Toki Tori - 100%
Wizorb - 100%
The Binding of Isaac - 96% (Stupid bugged achievements...)
Limbo - 92%
Portal - 80% (missing Time Attack achievements, I don't like them so I won't try them)
Team Fortress - 67% (Unable to find partners to help me with achievements)
Cave Story+ - 33% (Still Playing)

I rarely go for 100% because most games have at least few achievements that are not worth the required time.

Sadly, I have not completed any. I'm only have about 14 achievements left on Binding of Isaac, I have 1 achievement left in Super Hexagon (Hexagon achievement. I only have 44 seconds on Hyper Hexagonest Dx)I'm not really a perfectionist. The achievements I earn happen to just be side-effects of me playing. Unless it's a game where you have to get every achievement in order to have been considered as "won", such as Binding of Isaac.

EDIT: Welp, after a mere 2 hours since posting this comment, I have completed Hyper Hexagonest, making Super Hexagon the very first game I've ever gotten 100% in.

I also maxed QUBE but game received some update recently and there are new achievements.

Only one or two. I don't know.

On Steam, 8 games: Ys II, Magical Diary, Faerie Solitaire, Fortix and the four Blackwell games.

On Xbox 360 I've completed Faery: Legends of Avalon, Enchanted Arms, Rise of the Argonauts, Lost Odyssey, Eternal Sonata, Tales of Vesperia and Phantasy Star II.

A single game.

But one worth beating.

monkey island 2 is the only game i have so far managed to 100%
I am nearly there with Limbo, only 2 left. At the moment i am mainly working on starcraft 2 story mode achievements
