Any good casual multiplayer / co-op games on steam?

I am looking for "casual" games that have Co-op to play with my friends, things like Terraria or Magicka. That kind of game.
Any ideas?

Dungeonland is fun to play with two or three friends. It's a little buggy at the moment but they're releasing updates to fix any issues.

It's playable and still fun.

Not that bad. Have a look at any LEGO game (Only local Co-Op)

All of the titles that Luneaux said is playable with controllers, plus it is recommended to use them!

I would recommend a controller only for Castle Crasher. I like Orcs Must Die2! and Dungeon Defenders more with keyboard and mouse.
