In the meantime, i just finished Hand of fate 1 and the end was not easy but impressive, 1st one is really great too !

no direct plan for purchasing, I have some wallet ready for potential purchases.
I might buy some DLCs for existing games, depends on the discount, my wishlist is long so everything depends on prices.
If they will have something like at lunar sale, that -5eur on 30+ purchase then I definitely will find enough good games with good discounts to reach that value.
perhaps it would be now really time to buy fallout 4 GOTY, not like it will be better than -50% but that was never the issue, I kept delaying only because of the backlog.

I still want to know if these games may worth to be fun, but still fear some desappointement.

My Microsoft pass is still active and I guess I'll keep it for a couple of months, Ubisoft will offer its pass for free on september, so... I doubt steam can offer something like that

Because it does no harm, it actually only does good by preventing hijacking of accounts. And in the premise of not owning a smartphone, you should get on that. I understand being short on money or what not but you can literally get a smartphone for $100 nowadays and considering you own over 4k games I doubt money is a problem.

Well no matter what precautions are put into place some people will always get hacked but it helps prevent it. I don't care what you think, you can continue blindly hating it if you want I was just curious as to if you actually had a reason but that was shown pretty clear you don't. Also didn't say you're rich if you read my comment without instantly getting hostile you would notice all I said was I assume money isn't necessarily being a hindrance in getting a smartphone especially since you can get them cheap.

I mean, aside from the (poor) assumptions what would you expect me to say? Aside from just telling me that it's "very cheap" to submit, you haven't really giving any pro's for SGMA either (aside from "It's secure", something that got shot down pretty effectively this year). I always buy some nice indie game from my wishlist and maybe some good offer that catch my attention.

I would recommend starting with 2, the first one is too old and probably won't run optimal on newer systems due to compatibility issues. Tropico 2 is a classic and it's totally different from the other ones and the one I played the most I still have the original disc when CD's were still a thing for PC gaming. All these games are great but if you continue with 3 it won't bother you that 4 is an improved version of tropico 3 and the best one IMO but you can't go back to 3 if you played 4. Tropico 5 is a bit different but not worse just make sure you have the complete edition because they went a bit overboard with the DLC.
TL;DR: Start with Tropico 2->3->4->5->6
