Can I gift a Killing Floor gift pass?

I've looked through the FAQs and I can't seem to find if I can or can't. It's not in the dropdown menu either. Just a simple yes or no would suffice, sorry if I'm being dumb.

By the way, here it is in the FAQ:

Do not submit guest passes, beta keys (Dota 2 and CS:GO giftable copies whitelisted), or in-game items from games such as TF2.

No, but you can just give them away through the forums if you still want to give them away. Just make a thread saying it's a guest pass giveaway then choose a winner from the ones who post to say they would like to enter (random number generators can do this job).
