A place to keep up?

Hi I'm a new poster on the forums (so go easy on me :D)

Basically I was really annoyed that I kissed the free Civ V offer by a day or two and I was wondering if any of you guys/gals out their knew of a place, a magical place, where you can see what free offers are available at that specific moment.

If not then just have a bit of an argument in the comments or whatever, it's a free forum.
