Back when I played Combat Arms I saw a guy named Muffinator, I'm not sure why it was so amusing, but it was. More recently, I saw a guy called Big Dick Bandit in DayZ.

When playing CS:GO matchmaking:

"Plays Badly in First Half" switched his name to "Plays Worse in Second Half" during the team switch.
