Steam Restarting Constantly

These past few hours steam keeps on telling me I'm in a beta for steam and must download the latest version. When I do, it says I'm still in beta and the pop up screen appears. It really annoying and I'm wondering if this happened to anyone here?

don't click in restart, just close steam and open it again
