Batman: Arkham City GOTY controller issues

Is anyone else using the DS3 Tool to emulate a 360 controller with a PS3 controller and gotten it to work? Works with just about every other game, would think since this is supposed to have full controller support it'd work. Any suggestions would be welcome~ and please no smart arse "buy a 360 controller" remarks. Can't stand that bloody controller setup.

I always used x360ce with my ps2 pad for every game(even Batman AA and AC) and it worked flawlessly

what version you usin'? 7.0 and 7.1 acted funky when i had updated a while back so stayed with 6.0005, been workin; flawlessly with... like everything
