How about Zerg and Protoss? I've got two types for each: Snute and Life for the Zerg and San + sOs (this guy is able to do crazy stuff on the tournaments :D)

I miss soO and Dear, they had some great games when they were in good shape. About $O$ I agree, PartinG and Life are also always fun to watch :) I can't wait for IEM Katowice, it's so stacked :D
