I just purchased KF from the HB weekly, and ive synced my account.

but the KF complete pack is still showing up, what shall i do? :/

Check this http://www.steamgifts.com/filter as being on, leave for 10 mins and resync. If not solved, then get help.

If you don't have all the games in the complete, then you should be able to enter.

Such packs need to be manually recognised by Steamgifts Staff - whoever is responsibel for doing this. So you can either open a support ticket to encourage them to implement it or just put it on your personal blocklist.
