And at least one of them seems to have helped him....at least he logged into his STeam account Last Online 18 mins ago....and as far as i know if you have locked your account you cant log into it at all?

Nope. If you locked your account you can login. Other things like community and vac games are blocked.

Its more than a month now and i didn't got reply from steam support. Can someone from valve or a person having steam forums id may help me? I have heard posting on steam forums help a lot but i can't make account even there. I locked my hijacked steam account and want to reopen it.
