everything usually has to have a limit?
most things scaled in simple numerical terms is usually 0-5 , 0-10

clicked on the hatred for curiosity, holy crap did that have a crazy trailer. i definitely dont remember that when it came out.

if youre into getting into super high levels just because, then i recommend the disgaea series. almost everything can be lvl 999+ or up to 9999+

A good question, maybe Lvl 11 could be +$7,500 so with that we can even think of Lvl 12 with +$10,000. This is really a lot. I particularly believe that I will not be able to reach Lvl 10 in the future.
About the limit being up to 10, I think it's already an appropriate limit, because after all, as the friend above Bruudwin said: everything must have a limit, and also the number 10 is easier to control, in terms of division of values and simplicity itself. ;D

Level 11 will be dynamic, depending on the number of GAs created per months.
Right now it would be at 13842 CV.

It must be over 9000, that's for sure.

There is nothing mythical in it, levels 11-25 exist but you must have the SteamGifts+ gold or platinum grade monthly subscription to see them. Until then, your CV is stuck. =P

My guess based on the previous levels would be 7500 for level 11. For level 12 10,000 would be a nice round number, but that would only be a 33% increase over the previous level which is much smaller than any other level jump.

I guess it could be 5000, 7500, 10k, 15k since the levels seem to be more based on nice round numbers instead of keeping some kind of precise percent increases.

No-one will tell you. If they do they have to kill you AND they lose their own level 11+ status.
Just wait at level 10 while amassing CV until the pop-up for purchasing SG Platinum membership pops up, deny the purchase three times and a silver coin will pop-up on your screen. It moves away fast, but if you can ''catch'' it with your mouse before it vanishes, our lord prophet CG will e-mail you a request to join level 11. Then you are good.

According to rumors, it was the fulfilment of having finally reached level 11 that was responsible for him deciding it was time to leave SG.

I guess 1-10 just seem like a good range.
Also, anyone at 10 would already be someone who has given a lot, and I believe that levels are primarily to indicate just that.

Thats a trick question: The 11th SG level don't has a CV threshold but is awarded to the one and only king of giveaways with the most CV. Its a fierce competition and there can only be one.
