its was Brazillian Key, because ive used a Brazillian credit card when i got the subscription.
Should work if you are on the same region as the credit card you used to buy.

Honestly, 12$ for XCOM 2 sounds like an amazing deal even without the other games that'll be added later. Too bad I spent all my money on the steam christmas sale :(

the key is not available does not necessary mean the key don't activate in those countries. it may just mean that buyers of this countries won't get it.

I'm only able to pay trough Paypal with credit card, paypal balance doesn't work for me even tho I just topped up with €25. Is this a bug or a failsafe of some sort?

yeah, they only allow ppal that connected to credit or debit card with master, visa, etc to buy bundle monthly. in my country, only credit card have master or visa, and i dont have them. So we need to find other ppl to buy it for us.

So, how difficult is XCOM 2 if one is not a fan of strategy games? Is there any chance to enjoy it without investing dozens of hours of playtime?

Don't know about XCOM2, but from what I've read it's not too different from Enemy Unknown which personally I really don't think is that hard to enjoy even for more "casual" players. It's difficult, but not really all that complicated. Or rather, not confusing. It does have many elements but they're easy to understand and learn as you play instead of having to go through some lengthy tutorial or read guides or anything. I think a full campaign would take between 10-20 hours to complete? But the good thing about the game is it's enjoyable from the very start, I don't think I ever felt overwhelmed by it.
