It depends on if they are still a member. IF they were a member when the giveaway ended then unfortunately you have to send the key :( Regardless it will still count towards your value difference.

Not sure where else I could ask this, but quick question: For the required monthly giveaways, does it count for the month it starts in or ends in?
If this info is somewhere else, I apologize. I couldn't find it, but admittedly I didn't spend too long looking.
