Some people on trading sites or reddit will gift steam games using their steam wallet in exchange for a certain percent (usually 80%) of the price in Paypal. Idk if that's what you want but it's usually pretty safe as long as the trading partner isn't a scammer/has a high enough rep.

There are third party trading sites that deal in items such as skins or keys from your Steam Inventory and will essentially act as a trusted middleman for selling your items. The funds are then stored on the site until you withdraw them using Paypal or other methods of payout.
The idea is based on the same concept as you'd traditionally use to cash out through private key buyers.
Obviously I can't suggest anything specific, just be careful and make sure you select something that's trustworthy.

Hi, i havent done this for Years now, in the older Days we bought TF2-Keys to sell them against Paypal Wallet to Transfer Wallet Money to the Pocket.
It doesnt look like it still works overall.
What is Currently the Best way? Is there a New Method? How are you People doing it?
Im Thankful for any low Scam Risk Advise
