Get Assassins Creed 3 only if you have finished the last Assassins Creed games.AC3 will keep you busy for a long time until a sale comes.Then you can buy Hitman,Bioshock or Farcry.
You can also buy Hitman at first but trust me,It will end to soon and you will need a new game quick so yeah,Get AC3.

All of the games you mention are sequels, pick the franchise you've enjoyed the most in the past? If you haven't played the older games of one franchise don't pick that.

Personally I would go; Hitman, Far Cry, Bioshock, Assassin's Creed.

Hmmm, that is a toughie. I'd personally probably get AC3. Just because it's an entirely new setting (colonial america, fuck yeah! :P). But that's also because I've played more of the Assassins Creed games than the other series, so I don't know the stories of the other ones, and I'm sure that biases my opinion at least a bit :P

Bioshock! Far Cry 3 is going to be a generic modern shooter cinematic-fest (according to shown material so far), AC3 bring almost nothing new to the series. Hitman can turn out good, better wait for it and then decide.

They're all sequels to a good series. But i could say AC3 can probably have the best money per playtime ratio

I would choose Far Cry 3. Some one said it's like Skyrim with guns, that's enough for me :)

AC3... easy question.

Considering that AC3 was supposedly alot longer in development than the other titles of the series, it was one of the biggest letdowns for me. I can't comment on the other games since I haven't played any of them but I'd say Bioshock Infinite is the one I'd choose, because of what Irration Games did with Bioshock 1 and I'm certain they'll do a great job this time too :)
