It is/was true (actually, it was 4 gifts + the one you bought in the first week, I think), but starting with this bundle they changed the rules a bit. Now, in order to qualify for the "early buyer" bonus your original purchase in the first week has to be a "beat the average" purchase, so you can't buy one for $1 when it comes out and then get a bunch of bonuses during happy hour.

"what If I buy 2 Beat the average bundles, will I get any more?"
I don't think buying extra BTA bundles during the "early buyer" period increases the number of bonuses you get during happy hour, if that's what you mean.
"And my 2nd purchase can be just $1 right?"
It can, but the bundle (and the bonuses) will only include the below the average games.

I've heard from someone that it is possible to get 3 indie gala gifts with happy hour if you buy the indie gala within the first week / before any happy hours, and then buy it again during the happy hour as a gift. Is this true? And sorry if I don't make sense, not really sure how to phrase this.
