For non-english people, the text languages available are French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese and Japanese. Not only English like store says.

Audio is only English.

Dunno. Fable 3 is just different, sometimes far from that magic atmosphere but full of other interesting things. I like both and don't want to decide what's the best.
