Tbh I am not surprised. I bought FG on release, everything was fine, but in like third season they made update and I keep getting disconnected like every two mins and can't finish single run. Since that it still haven't been fixed. My internet isn't the best of course, but neither that bad.

The developer/publisher needs to enable linux support in eac for fall guys to work. It should be easy (https://boilingsteam.com/enabling-eac-support-on-linux-now-easier/) but some devs/publisher don't care for linux/steam deck support.

I'm actually pretty impressed how quick they progress on making games run that initially have some issues. See Persona 4 Golden which got fixed with Proton 7.0. Or Forza Horizon 5.
And some devs also already optimize their games, like No Man's Sky.
