I've found Cyberghost very user friendly and they have a reasonable selection servers with a 24hr free trial if that's all you need. A lot of people I know use TunnelBear.

I use SetupVPN for chrome (it's an add-on), there aren't any dedicated Argentina servers but there is a public server, you could give it a try

You can get 1 year of paid version of Windscribe for free here. I think I saw argentina in the list of servers.

Argentina is not included in this promotion.

Title isn't clear. Do you want to use it from Argentina or spoof an Argentine location?

I think free VPNs are most likely honeypots anyway.
Why would they provide such free service? Except if it is trial version of a normally paid known VPN.

to attract costumers/users for the paid service, like the trial, but in a very efficient way.

I was talking about 'completely free' ones.

Well, honestly I didn't do extensive search on free ones. Maybe you are right, maybe they are just using it as an advertisement.
But I still stand by my comment on some of them being honeypot or at least making profit by selling information. I have no clue for you to prove it.
On VPN topic, all we can do is trusting what the provider says. Because even if they say they are no log VPN, you can not prove it. Well also it depends on why we are looking for a VPN and the question is which is more trustful, your VPN provider or your ISP.
I am also using a VPN btw, I made my research and choose the one I found one of the most reliable. My point is we just don't know what is going behind, and some of them can be very well bait to find people who want to use a VPN for illegal purposes.

He wants to be able to buy games from the Argentinian Steam Store (Which has really low prices), that's why he wants the VPN.

But these can't be activated in countries outside of latinamerica... I wonder if he wants to buy them from a 3rd party site.

If your steam store is set to Argentina once, you can then buy and play games from Argentina version no matter where you are in the world. Argentina has unbelievably low prices compared to Europe/North-American regions.

Because of devaluation, even though prices are low for other parts of the world we still find them a little bit high because we are poor as shit. And TBreaker, there are no third party stores in Argentina AFAIK, there used to be some but they sold games at full price directly converted from dollars, so he definitely wants to buy game from the Argentina store.

I also recommend SoftEther VPN, it usually has Argentina on the list. Just check throughout the day.

Not the question, but should be mentioned: free VPNs are generally not a great idea security- and privacy-wise.
